These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and y444bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y444bet website and all related services at y444bet. These Terms apply to all registered members in Pakistan and supersede any prior representations or agreements.

To register at y444bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
One Account Per Person: Each member may hold only one active account at y444bet. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, phone number, email, payment method, or device used — will be closed and all balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately.
y444bet reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill — at any point to verify your identity. Accounts may be restricted pending verification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify y444bet support immediately at support@y444bet.bet.
All transactions at y444bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment that requires conversion before crediting to your account balance.
The following deposit methods are accepted at y444bet:
Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per day as communicated on the deposit page within your y444bet account. Deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Occasional delays due to payment provider processing do occur — if your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of payment.
Payment Source: You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted at y444bet and will be returned to the originating account. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account restriction.
y444bet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with them directly. y444bet is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
y444bet processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is under 5 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on the receiving bank.
Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. There is no minimum accumulation requirement — you may withdraw at any time your balance exceeds the minimum amount.
Withdrawals at y444bet are subject to the following conditions:
y444bet charges no fees on withdrawals from its side. Any charges from the receiving bank or payment app are outside our control and will be deducted by that provider, not by y444bet.
All bets placed at y444bet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting:
In-play (live) bets at y444bet are accepted subject to the same rules. Because live odds update rapidly, a short delay between clicking and confirmation is normal. If the odds change significantly before confirmation, you may be offered the new price or your bet may be declined — you will be notified which has occurred.
The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets and events. Cash Out value is calculated by y444bet at the time of the request and is not guaranteed until the Cash Out confirmation screen is accepted by the member. Partial Cash Out follows the same rules.
Bets at y444bet are settled using the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the relevant esports tournament organiser for esports events). Third-party data providers are used where official results are not immediately published.
Settlement timelines at y444bet: standard match bets settle within 5–15 minutes of the official result. Tournament outright bets settle within 24 hours of the final being concluded. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement.
If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, contact y444bet support within 72 hours of settlement with the bet reference number. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be reviewed.
y444bet offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, enhanced odds, and other time-limited promotions. Each promotion has specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.
The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions at y444bet:
y444bet reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time, and to void any bets or winnings associated with a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, hedging, arbitrage, or exploitation of a platform error in connection with that bonus.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your y444bet account. This includes:
y444bet uses OTP (one-time password) verification for login and high-value transactions. You should never share an OTP code received from y444bet with anyone — our support staff will never ask you for your OTP. Any request for your OTP from someone claiming to be y444bet support should be treated as a scam attempt.
y444bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause was your failure to follow reasonable security practices. Where there is evidence that our platform security was compromised through no fault of the member, y444bet will investigate and take appropriate remedial action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at y444bet and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Where prohibited conduct is suspected, y444bet may freeze the account pending investigation, request documentation, and take any action it considers appropriate including permanent closure and legal referral.

Continued use of the y444bet platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y444bet is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits y444bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by y444bet's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. y444bet's total aggregate liability for any valid claim shall not exceed the value of your current account balance at the time the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of y444bet, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. Most disputes can be resolved quickly by contacting y444bet support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing support@y444bet.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint". y444bet will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 days.
